PARKER PR COAT DRIVE

We are thankful for all of our friends who took the time to deliver coats to our office as part of our Coat Drive! The coats, professionally cleaned by Fishman's Personal Care Cleaners, will be delivered to the Brenda Strafford Centre next week. Thanks to your support, over 200 women and children will be warm and cozy as they re-enter the workforce or build snowmen outside. We encourage all of our connections to think about how they can support not-for-profits this holiday season!

BANKERS HALL- SHOP LOCAL

With the holidays upon us, Bankers Hall is delighted to offer a magical experience for Calgarians to enjoy while finishing up their holiday shopping. Along with festive displays and activations, the luxury shopping atrium features locally owned retail shops for visitors to choose from when checking items off their list. Bankers Hall supports Fear Is Not Love (formerly known as Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter) through its holiday wrapping campaign. Shoppers who purchase gifts at Bankers Hall will receive complimentary gift wrapping at the retail store ‘A Dose of Happiness’ located on the third level, with the option to make a charitable donation. In addition, shoppers can pop by the Toy Mountain bins located throughout Bankers Hall and drop off new toys and cash donations that will be donated to Fear Is Not Love.

YOUTH SINGERS OF CALGARY  - CHRISTMAS PERFORMANCE

Get into the holiday spirit with the Youth Singers of Calgary's Christmas performance "Twas the Night Before Curtain" - a merry, musical production, inspired by those Christmas romance movies we all love. Hear some classic carols, new versions of your old favourites and maybe find a new favourite Christmas jingle. With singing, dancing and storytelling, the Youth Singers bring holiday fun for the whole family. Tickets are available online.

Kensington has transformed into a Christmas Village! Visit between noon and 3 p.m. to snap a pic with Santa, ride a horse-drawn sleigh and listen to live music. Warm up by the fire with complimentary Hot Chocolate and Coffee and enjoy a festive cookie.
