GHOST RIVER THEATRE - THE WINE EXPERIENCE

Ghost River Theatre is hosting THE WINE EXPERIENCE, an unforgettable blindfolded tasting journey to expand your sensory perception of some of the world's most exceptional wines. This fundraiser for Ghost River Theatre is a wine encounter unlike any other you have ever experienced.
Audience members are blindfolded and led into the venue where they experience an intimate wine tasting that mingles live performance, immersive sound design and a specially designed tactile tasting mat that engages the audience’s sense of touch.
Playwright Marina Buston, award-winning musician and performer Kenna Burima and expert sommelier Brad Royale from Calgary’s own, Major Tom (voted best Restaurant in Canada 2022!) will be guiding guests through a tantalizing journey. The special evening will conclude with an exquisite dinner from the chefs at The Ranchmen’s Club. Tickets are available online.
FIELD OF CROSSES
November 1 to November 11 | Memorial Drive
3500 crosses have been erected in the park along Memorial Drive. Special sunrise and sunset ceremonies take place each day to raise and lower the flags. The ceremonies feature school choirs, military, buglers, pipers and Memorial Cross Families. The public is welcome to attend the daily ceremonies or to visit the Field of Crosses anytime throughout the eleven days. More information can be found online.
