Modern Steak - Old School Brunch Sundays

All summer long | 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. | 100 8 Ave SE

Old School Brunch Sundays are taking over the rooftop all summer long. Head to Modern Steak Stephen Ave, every Sunday from noon to 4 p.m for a rotating lineup of Calgary’s finest old-school DJs, cold Heineken on tap, flowing mimosas and a full kitchen menu. This is happening on the rooftop patio, rain or shine.

This season’s lineup includes sets from @turntableknights, @djalvpapercrown, @thedjkav and @djjoeswell. Summer 2026 has officially arrived, and rooftop is ready! Are you?

VinylCentric - Hot From Harlem Revue Exhibit

VinylCentric is presenting Hot From Harlem Revue, an exhibit exploring the music, fashion and cultural influence of Harlem’s entertainment scene and its connections to Montreal. The exhibit features vinyl records, photographs and archival materials from the jazz era, highlighting the performers, venues and productions that shaped the period. We invite you to visit VinylCentric, explore the exhibit and experience this fascinating story brought to life.

VinylCentric is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Don’t miss out; admission is free.

Lougheed House -  Presents Beaulieu Botanicals with Burwood Distillery

Lougheed House partnered with Burwood Distillery to create a limited edition gin inspired by Beaulieu Gardens. Beaulieu Botanicals will give back to the community as well as highlight the stunning roses that surround this iconic landmark. A portion of every bottle sold supports Lougheed House Conservation Society.  The limited edition gin will be available for purchase through the Burwood Website and a few exclusive retailers in Calgary.

Dulcie Foo Fat - Land and Figure: Paintings

Dulcie Foo Fat’s newest exhibit, Land and Figure: Paintings, will be presented at Masters Gallery from June 25 to July 4, 2026, celebrating a five-decade retrospective of the artist’s remarkable career. Showcasing works from across her practice, the exhibit offers visitors an opportunity to explore the evolution of Dulcie’s distinctive artistic voice and the enduring themes that have shaped her work.

Pars for Paws: A Sam Honzek Invitational is Parachutes for Pets' (PFP) first annual charity golf tournament, bringing the community together for a day of golf, prizes, dinner and fundraising, all in support of PFP and the programs that preserve the human-animal bond.
