PARKER PR worked with Masters Gallery to create strategic communications collateral to maximize media coverage for the public art unveiling of Van Gogh Observes by the late Joe Farfard. This resulted in coverage by Global News Calgary days ahead of the event which created significant buzz surrounding the unveiling. We engaged with influencers, bloggers and prominent members of the community to ensure maximum coverage in both mainstream and social media. As a result, the gallery was filled with over 100 people for the unveiling and the installation made the front page of the Calgary Herald the next day. Following a flood of coverage, additional television media contacted PARKER PR to cover the installation even after the unveiling. CTV Calgary followed up for a full video story airing on multiple broadcasts, including a live-on-location report the evening after the unveiling.
